That’s why, starting today, GigTry is offering a Signup Bonus Program for new users—whether you're a freelancer ready to showcase your talent, or a client eager to find reliable service providers. Our goal is to empower you right from the beginning, with real value that helps you get started on the right foot.

This policy outlines the eligibility, terms, use, limitations, and conditions of GigTry’s signup bonus. By registering and accepting the bonus, you agree to comply with the terms below.


1. What Is the Signup Bonus?

The GigTry Signup Bonus is a promotional credit or reward that new users receive after successfully registering on our platform. It is designed to help users experience GigTry’s services with less risk and more opportunity.

We currently offer two types of signup bonuses:

  • For Freelancers: A welcome reward that can help you promote services, unlock premium tools, or reduce withdrawal fees (if applicable).
  • For Clients: A cash credit or discount that can be applied toward their first order.
Current Bonus Value (June 2025 Launch Offer):
  • Freelancers: $5 GigTry Wallet Credit
  • Clients: $5 off the first order (minimum $30 spend)


2. Who Is Eligible?

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a new user registering with a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Only one signup bonus per person or business entity.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must complete profile verification (email, mobile, and optionally ID verification).
  • IP address, payment method, and location must not match any existing accounts (no duplicate accounts).

❌ Not Eligible If:

  • You already have an account on GigTry.
  • Your account was previously suspended or banned.
  • You attempt to create multiple accounts to misuse the promotion.
  • You fail verification or are found submitting fraudulent information.


3. How to Receive the Signup Bonus

For Freelancers:

  1. Register on www.GigTry.com.
  2. Complete your profile (minimum 80% completion).
  3. Verify your email and mobile number.
  4. List at least one service (“Gig”) on the marketplace.
  5. Once approved by our moderation team, your $5 Wallet Bonus will be activated within 24 hours.

For Clients:

  1. Register and complete your profile.
  2. Verify your email and mobile number.
  3. Fund your account with a minimum of $20.
  4. Your $5 credit will be automatically applied to your first order checkout.


4. How Can the Bonus Be Used?

Freelancers Can Use the $5 Wallet Credit To:

  • Feature their Gig on the homepage.
  • Boost visibility in search results.
  • Purchase GigTry Pro tools (if available).
  • Cover part of the withdrawal or transaction fee (in select cases).

Clients Can Use the $5 Credit:

  • Only once, during the first service order.
  • For any Gig worth $20 or more.
  • To try out services risk-free with minimal upfront cost.

Note: Bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user or bank account.


5. Bonus Expiry

Signup bonuses are valid for a limited time only after account creation:

  • Freelancers: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
  • Clients: 14 days from the date of account creation.

If the bonus is not used within the validity period, it will expire automatically, and no extension or reactivation will be granted.


6. Bonus Abuse and Fair Use

GigTry strictly prohibits abuse of the signup bonus system. We monitor all activity and reserve the right to revoke bonuses and take disciplinary action in case of:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
  • Faking orders or transactions.
  • Posting fake reviews or ratings as part of fraudulent activity.
  • Collaborating with others to exploit the platform’s promotional credits.
  • Attempting to convert bonus credit to real currency through dishonest means.

Penalties for abuse may include:

  • Suspension or permanent ban of all associated accounts.
  • Reversal of earned bonuses and referral rewards.
  • Legal action in extreme cases.


7. Refunds and Cancellations Involving Bonus Credit

If a client makes a purchase using the signup bonus and then cancels the order or receives a refund:

  • The used bonus amount will not be refunded or reissued.
  • The refundable portion will only include the amount paid by the client (excluding the bonus).

If a freelancer uses the bonus to feature their Gig and it is later removed for violating policy, the bonus will not be refunded.


8. Referral Bonus Compatibility

The signup bonus can be combined with other promotions, such as:

  • Referral Bonus: When someone you invite signs up and places an order or completes a Gig.
  • Seasonal Offers: If GigTry runs additional promotions, bonus compatibility will be stated in those specific terms.

However, double signup bonuses are not allowed. Only the highest value bonus applicable will be awarded.


9. Tax Implications

All bonuses are promotional and non-cash in nature. However:

  • If any bonus later results in actual earnings (e.g., a Gig featured using bonus credit results in income), it is your responsibility to report it in your tax filings, depending on your local jurisdiction.
  • GigTry is not liable for any tax consequences resulting from the use of signup bonuses.


10. Right to Modify or Terminate

GigTry reserves the right to:

  • Modify the value or nature of the signup bonus at any time.
  • End the program without prior notice.
  • Adjust eligibility criteria to prevent fraud or adapt to business needs.
